No. We do not provide free estimates over the phone, but if you would like for us to give you a visit to get a better idea of how much material you'll need, our site visits start at $35 to travel up to 25 miles. Yes. Cash is ok for payment on delivery to clear your final balance, but all jobs require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time your job is scheduled to secure your appointment. We do not guarantee delivery of any requested materials without a deposit being paid.
We generally prefer a 48-hour lead time for all material delivery requests, but may be able to provide services when we are given atleast a 24-hour notice. In this case, please give us a call to schedule your appointment. Otherwise, you may submit a new service request using the contact form on our get in touch page.
At the moment, we primarily service York, Chester, Lancaster, and Union counties.
No. Once a deposit is paid to secure your appointment we can not provide a refund. The initial deposit covers the cost of materials for the job. If we visit your site and find that your job was not as described in the initial request a refund of the deposit will not be honored and will be used to cover the cost of our team traveling to the site, in addition to any materials that were already purchased.
